AsULearn

If you log into AsULearn and do not see the Fall 2010 Term, or if you do, and you don't see all of the courses for which you are registered, the most likely reason is that your instructors have not yet made their AsULearn site(s) available to you. Don't panic! If an instructor hasn't yet told you to visit AsULearn, the site for that class may not yet be "turned on" for students. And, if you have no classes that have been made available, the Fall 2010 term won't show (yet).

Not all instructors use AsULearn for all classes, so, unless your instructor has explicitly mentioned AsULearn to you, please check with him or her before seeking technical assistance for classes for which you are registered, but that don't appear in your "My Courses" block.

At 7 AM on Friday, August 20, logins to AsULearn will be disabled for a few minutes, at 7:00 AM. The outage, expected to last 2 to 3 minutes, will affect only logins - users already in AsULearn will not experience anything unusual. The short login outage is the result of having to reboot the login Identity Provider System after increasing its memory to handle anticipated load increases.

Did you know that customizing your profile is as easy as writing a few words and uploading a photo?

• While in AsULearn, click your name in the login status area (upper right-hand corner).
• Click the Edit profile tab.
• Under Description write a short bio about yourself.
• Click Browse and upload a small photo or image (JPEG or PNG) from your computer.
• Click Update profile.
• Click AsULearn to return to the main AsULearn page.

If you want to add more information, such as your instant messenger id or cell phone number, click Show Advanced in the Optional block. Take a few minutes and edit your profile today.
